​DELIVERY, PAYMENT, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

​At Snousey, we want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible. That's why we are honest and transparent about our delivery, payment, exchange and return policies.

Delivery

We deliver orders across Ukraine via Nova Poshta:

​

  • If the product is in stock, we ship it within 2–3 business days; 

  • If the product is out of stock and we make it to order, delivery will take 10–12 days.​

 

We also deliver orders worldwide via Nova Poshta. International delivery takes approximately 10–14 days, depending on the country.

After placing your order, a manager will contact you to confirm the details and advise you on the timing.

Payment

​We only accept online subscriptions on our website. You can conveniently and securely pay for your order during checkout through a payment system that meets all modern security standards.

​Exchange and return

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receipt if:

​

  • the item has not been used

  • the product is in its original condition and packaging

 

To arrange a return or exchange, simply contact us on social media or at wearesnousey@gmail.com.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or our error.
